We are looking for a Product Owner to organize, prioritize and assess work for our Agile teams in service or own projects.  Technical knowledge is essential to be successful in this role. Payments domain know-how is a big advantage.

We work mainly with large organisations from the German fintech and automotive sectors, such as Concardis, Payone, Mercedes Pay, PayMill, Barzahlen and others. We have constant presence in most of the biggest European Payment conferences and forums.

SKILLS YOU WILL NEED

 

  • Work experience as a Product Owner or similar role
  • Familiarity with Scrum methodology
  • Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
  • Technical background with knowledge of software development
  • Good communication abilities
  • Good organizational skills

 

 RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Incorporate feature requests into product roadmap
  • Groom and prioritize backlog
  • Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria
  • Set sprint goals
  • Follow progress of work and address production issues during sprints
  • Analyze preferences and requests of end users
  • Refine our agile methodology based on results and client feedback
  • Be in constant cooperation with project sponsors (stakeholders like project lead, lead architect etc. on client side)
  • Keep track of industry trends
